Yoga helps to strengthen and tone the body, and improve fitness and flexibility. It can calm and relax or energise and re-vitalise. By using the breath and meditative techniques, yoga helps to develop a relaxed and peaceful mind, and increases our sense of well-being.
All welcome. The teaching respects the differences in age, gender, health or ability.

Wedmore £8.50 per session if block booking for the term inadvance. £10 drop-in.
Ashcott £7 per session if block booking for the term in advance. £7.50 drop-in.
Please come along to the first class and thereafter you can block-book and pay for the term (or 1/2 term by areangement).
