Rebuild fitness at your own pace, working with core-strength, gradually developing more traditional postures. Work with your breath and meditative techniques to calm and relax or energise and re-vitalise.

The classes are friendly and relaxed so that babies can join in, be fed, changed, and sleep whenever they need. Babies very welcome until crawling.

£8 for the first session, thereafter you block-book.
